Martha McIntosh - Vice President & General Counsel
Martha McIntosh is a seasoned transactional and corporate attorney with over 13 years of experience. Ms. McIntosh received her B.S. degree from Emerson College and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Florida and North Carolina bars. Ms. McIntosh began her professional career practicing in the areas of regulatory and governmental affairs.
Throughout the years Ms. McIntosh expanded her practice by representing Fortune 500 corporations in positions as both in-house and outside counsel. She has assisted in a wide range of matters including commercial transactions, strategic alliances, commercial leasing and in-house compliance overseeing a variety of executive management programs, regulatory, licensing, advertising and intellectual property matters. Ms. McIntosh has a strong philosophy and deep appreciation of the necessity to focus on facilitating and advancing company development by finding creative, out-of-the-box solutions while achieving the primary objective of legal compliance.
As Vice President & General Counsel, Ms. McIntosh serves as the chief legal officer responsible for all legal matters and advice to Planet Hollywood International, Inc., and several of its affiliates.
Ms. McIntosh became Vice President and General Counsel in March 2005.
