Brian Siep - Vice President of Operations

Mr. Siep is the Vice President of Operations overseeing all corporate-owned restaurant operations in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Planet Hollywood, Mr. Siep worked with Marriott Hotels contract management in California. In addition, Mr. Siep worked on the opening team of EuroDisney as the Food & Beverage Manager and served as Operations Manager for two 1,000-room hotel properties at EuroDisney. Mr. Siep has been with Planet Hollywood International, Inc. since 1995. During his earlier years with the company, he was in charge of opening the European-based Planet Hollywood restaurants. He later served as General Manager of the Paris restaurant and Director of European Operations before relocating to Orlando and assuming the position of Vice President of Operations.
